Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Currently, EKWAN ships across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Delivery on orders of Rs. 2,999 or above.
A standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. EKWAN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
